# Participation and Utility

Participation requirements and published utility for RescueLoyal (RLY).

## Participation and Utility

RescueLoyal (`RLY`) recognizes eligible action in official Project Rescuecoin campaigns. Participation is governed by published campaign conditions, verification requirements, and applicable restrictions.

### Participation model

RLY recognition is activity-led. Passive holding does not create eligibility, utility, or a right to receive allocations.

Campaigns may recognize verified event attendance, awareness work, volunteer activity, or approved partner initiatives. Each campaign defines its own criteria.

### Recognition process

1. Review the campaign objective, terms, eligibility criteria, and restrictions.
2. Complete the eligible activity within the stated participation period.
3. Submit required evidence or complete the stated verification process.
4. Receive RLY recognition only after eligibility is confirmed.

### Published utility

RLY may support campaign access, contribution recognition, and defined member benefits. Utility exists only where Project Rescuecoin publishes the relevant conditions.

No benefit is implied by holding RLY alone. Availability may depend on location, eligibility, technical readiness, and partner participation.

{% hint style="info" %}
Project Rescuecoin may reject, suspend, or revoke recognition obtained through manipulation, misrepresentation, or other rule breaches.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://rescueloyal-io.gitbook.io/rescueloyal.io-docs/white-paper/participation-and-utility.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
