# Privacy Notice

How Project Rescuecoin handles campaign and RLY verification information.

## Privacy Notice

Project Rescuecoin processes personal information only when needed to administer campaigns, verify RescueLoyal (`RLY`) activity, communicate with participants, or meet applicable obligations.

### Information collected

Depending on the campaign, this may include contact details, participation records, and verification evidence. The project requests only information relevant to the stated purpose.

### Purpose of processing

Information is used for campaign administration, integrity controls, and participant support. It is retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes or legal requirements.

### Access and requests

Participants may request information about their personal data through the contact details in the relevant campaign notice. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and verification requirements.

### Campaign partners

Where an approved partner assists with a campaign, information sharing is limited to what the campaign requires. The campaign notice identifies any material partner role in verification or administration.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://rescueloyal-io.gitbook.io/rescueloyal.io-docs/legal-and-disclosures/privacy-notice.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
